Their season is done, this way they can start recruiting before the holidays and get the ball rolling, while not having their pants down like last season

Norwich on the other hand... we'll see if they stay up as being a good idea or not.

Put like that I guess it makes sense, just seems a bit classless to be starting your summer business while the season's live IMO
