Nice piece. I have a Harry Quinn the same in every detail. So thin and light if you flick it, it rings like a bell. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks
I built it up as a commuter and general to-the-shops-and-pub bike, but its just way too nice for that (I bought a langster instead, can I say that?) and now it just sits there unused :(

Resurrection is all the rage this weekend apparently
I've had the frame and forks parked in the corner of the room for a few years just to look at, but our little one is in crawling and crashing mode now.
Looking for £175 for the frame and forks and the Weinman 750 brakes with the unused springs and swisstop pads.
Might have the brake cable guides - I'll add them if I can find them but no promises! And I'm in South Hampstead / Swiss Cottage area
Cheers
Jon
Due to lack of use, I'm selling my Fred Dean. Its a stunning bike with fantastic detailing. I've had numerous people stop me and ask about it on the few occasions its been out the front door and if I had a larger flat I'd keep it for the wall as a decoration! I'm probably at the top end height wise for it at 6' so I'm guessing 5'9" to 6' would be about right.
Items marked "New" have been fitted new to the bike and used on two occasions.
1964 Fred Dean Reynolds 531 frame (23" seat tube, 22" top tube) with Nervex Pro lugs and chromed forks & stays
Stronglight 170mm chainset with 46T New
Shimano BB New
KMC chain, 17T fixed sprocket (also will throw in a freewheel - i think its 16T) all New
Campag Record seatpost
Selle Marco Concurs saddle - perfect condition
Cinelli bars 42cm c-c
Cinelli stem 110mm
Wheels Open Sports laced 36/36 with ACI db s/s spokes onto Zenith track hubs fitted with Panaracer Pasela's (700x23) all New
Weinman Vanquers 750 brakes with new bridge cables and New Swisstop pads
Diacompe levers New (cheap - the only thing that needs changing)
Cinelli cork tape
Stainless steel cable guides and New cables
Some more details about Fred Dean and his frames here http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/builders/fred-dean-builders.html
The only thing of note is that the bottom bracket has been faced a number of times, so the bottom bracket itself sits about half a mm proud. There's no issue in use, but a spacer would tidy it up.
Looking for £490 and its in Belsize Park, London; pm me if interested.
