  • Ah, I thought the six-dot character was only for erasing others. From the page you linked to:

    Because braille letters cannot be effectively erased and written over if an error is made, an error is overwritten with all six dots (⠿).

    It turns out that ⠿ is also the sign for 'é' in French Braille and 'for' in English. So, I suppose the correct answer (if you're asking for a letter), would be 'é', but Tester's obviously correct to refer to the English system and its use for 'for'.

    These double assignments are obviously a bit confusing.
