For a track build, with appropriate parts, would like pretty lugs or Columbus would be nice as I prefer the forks with less rake and the sloping fork crown.
Ideally something without amazing paint as I plan to strip it down but could be persuaded not to.
Budget up to 250ish
Collection in London if possible.
