There's an old gas works a bit further west along the canal, There's the skate bowl in meanwhile gardens which is interesting to shoot sometimes, there are also usually some sculptures surrounding it.
Brunel estate has some interesting banked features that could make cool subjects but I'd be a bit wary of hanging about too long around there with an expensive camera out.
