I can vouch for the quality of this type of wheels - and they obviously look the part. Picked up a fairly used pair just last week for a song; they feel very fast!
Any chance of a scan / legible picture of the manual? I need to adjust some spokes to true them ever so slightly, but I don't know the key size or type I need to adjust the nipples. I don't know the name in English, it's like an inverse Allen key (not to be confused with the negative shim), with the hexagon as an indentation.
