I can vouch for the quality of this type of wheels - and they obviously look the part. Picked up a fairly used pair just last week for a song; they feel very fast!
Any chance of a scan / legible picture of the manual? I need to adjust some spokes to true them ever so slightly, but I don't know the key size or type I need to adjust the nipples. I don't know the name in English, it's like an inverse Allen key (not to be confused with the negative shim), with the hexagon as an indentation. -

Can't quite work out from the pictures due to you helpfully photographing the wheels useful side down, do they take a hyperglide cassette or are they screw-on?

Very nice. I've been on the lookout for some of these wheels. I can see the great condition is reflected in the price, but these are quite a bit more than I would have hoped for. Are you open to offers?
