Why is she pointing at a map if she's discussing a point of grammar? Is there a country called They're? Maybe she has a horrible speech impediment and can't pronounce Zaire. But then Zaire isn't called Zaire anymore so her map must be out of date and she hasn't noticed.

Safe to say, she's a moron.

Maybe she is using the map to emphasise the proper usage, eg.

Their going to visit they're with there friends.
