I own one (a CAD2 SAECO) that came with time forks and 3ttt stem and bars in really nice order I paid £120 for it and it built into a really nice bike (still have it, it's not for sale). I have put in a bid on this one too but only a cheeky one. I reckon up to £100 plus his shipping would be fair and you would out bid me but that's no problem.
