I've just got back from reminding myself of North London. Route is pretty fun, with fast ups and downs.

If anyone has their own ping pong bats, it would be wise to bring them.

Great ride again. Shame I couldn't stick around but had much to do. Started by making my backpack even heavier by filling the space left by the cycling shoes with a couple of bottles of whisky.

Wicked ride like always, thanks to Elra for the rout and Lucy for baked goodies :D hilarious time at the square with my newly invented sport of trackstand table tennis, awesome!

today was awesome, thanks everyone for coming down.

highlights of today for me:

• deciding to just get off and walk up half up dartmouth park road and giving absolutely no fucks (thanks for waiting guys)
  
• almost endoing trying to outskid sven and hurriedly hitting a red light
  
• stacking it by the canal and telling sven that no, i did not even lift bro
  

Was good to catch the end of this as chilling in Golden Square and then Pho was much fun.

PS don't eat at Pho if your body doesn't like peanuts; 4 antihistamine tablets and an adrenaline shot to the thigh later and I'm still looking like a red ballon, haha!
