I can confirm that Scoot is using same rim and hub combination, being used with a front brake. Nearly a year later braking surface still looks like it's barely worn.
I had them as my spare nice wheels for the summer, but she needed wheels she could use on a track, and I didn't really need spare wheels. Great wheels!
