Addict is stupid cheap for a top end carbon frame. Shame about the seat post length!

Not sure if this is the best place to get advice on a scott addict but here goes:,
I have the option to one here:
I am in Istanbul Turkey. The bike is a mix of dura and ultegra, mavic wheels and addict frame.
the cost in pound is between 1000-1300.
The reviews for Scott Addicts are very positive.
What price for the frame only?
Thanks.
Couple of frames for sale. I'm in Manchester so Postage per frame is £20, but I'll be in London from Thurs 17th-Sun 20th April if you'd like to collect from Ealing I'll hapilly bring them down with me.
First up is a gorgeous Scott addict RD2 frame, this tips the scales at 800g! Kidded myself it would fit me but it's too small. It's a 54cm and the seat post is trimmed to 12cm and the ritchey seat topper makes it 16cm max. Includes a Dura ace 7800 BB pressed in and a ritchey WCS headset and seatpost topper. Carbon everything, excellent condition, just a bit of cable rub.
£225
Scott speedster S30 alloy frame and carbon forks, L 56cm, from when the speedsters looked pretty decent. There's a fair bit of bubbling in the paint on the underside of the downtube and a few scrapes from a winters commuting. £65
A tiny 52cm Craven reynolds 531 frame and forks, built by Rob Craven, I worked with him for a while, great guy. Built to take 27 inch wheels but would work with deep drop brakes and 700c wheels. Brev Campagnolo dropouts, Perfect for the lady or small man in your life £50
