This was a quasi-serious question. Is that able to play modern games at decent quality? Or if not, would it be possible to without huge amounts of work? Or does the price dismiss that and make this question laughable?
I have not built a PC since I was a teenager and it was a Celeron with, I think, a Riva TNT.
