I ordered something off ebay that I don't want because it arrived after I needed it. Plus the cheeky fuckers sent it 2nd class when I paid £3 extra for 1st class postage so it *would *arrive on time.

it says;
Returns: 14 days refund, buyer pays return postage
...I'm now going through their 'contact the seller' returns bit but the amount just comes up as the base cost of £7.44 rather than the £10 total.
Any thoughts?
