When riding rollers I have to give up around the 40-45 minute mark as I get huge hotspot sort of ache-ing pain where my saddle contacts my ass.
It sort of starts aching up into my lower abdomen too ? if I get off for 30 seconds it goes away and I can carry on for a bit longer before it comes back
is this likely to be a saddle issue or a fit issue?
