• Is TSS based solely on power, or is it somehow adjusted for HR?

    Specifically, I'm wondering about the effect of altitude. In yesterdays intended interval session I really struggled to hit any of my power targets (my legs felt fine but I couldn't sustain any effort longer than 30-90seconds) - presumably this would lead to a lower than expected TSS. However, my HR was radically higher than at sea level (close to my LTHR during Z2 easy sections) - presumably this would suggest a higher TSS?
