Mmmnnn another awful incident. I am not using 'accident' to describe this, as the car left the scene.
For those not familiar with SW4, there is lots of disruption around the Old Town as it is being re-modelled and so the streets such as Clapham Manor Street are being used as rat runs between the Old town and the high street. Last week, particularly, was chaos...
I know this as a cyclist who uses these roads. I know this as someone who drives our works van on these roads.
My thoughts are with the poor cyclists' family and friends.
Clapham high street is monitored heavily with cctv, so let us hope that the car is identified, driver caught and they throw the book at them.
What a tragic waste of a young life....
