Beautiful custom-built track frame and fork, made by W. Hinds of London, presumably for Kevin Scriven. The company had shops in Clapham, Ealing, and Lewisham, and was owned by William Hinds, who co-owned Hinds jewellers and co-founded the Hammer film company(!).
