I have a very nice complete front wheel for sale - early 1990's top spec!
DA hub on 700c Mavic clincher rim + [s]2x great Vittoria tyres~~. Straight and true, ready to roll.
Rim:
Mavic, Made in France, MA40 latest generation, "EMR7" Stainless Steel Eyelet Hard Anodised Treatment 650V, 32 holes, the breaking surface is still in decent condition as only the anodising has worn off.
Hub:
Dura-Ace 7400, low flange, good bearings with no play, laced 3 cross with double butted stainless steel spokes, Sachs-Maillard QR
Tyre(s):2x Vittoria Open Pave Evo CG folding clincher tyres, 700cx24mm, black & green, great tyres that "ride like tubulars and are perfect for four season’s racing, training and reliability trials". These tyres came off my training bike so I have fitted most worn one onto the wheel, this way you can fit the 'better' one to your rear wheel.
The rear one has 60% life left, the front one (fitted) as 30% life left. These were originally £50 a pop so great tyres.
Obviously included in the sale is the Velox 'Fond De Jante' fabric rim tape and the inner tube.
I hear you asking 'How much?' -~~ £45 for the lot seems to be reasonable.~~
