  • I've been trying to hit the balance of eating just the right amount for the last few months, erring on a tiny bit under and it's kept my weight very stable so I thought as soon as I went into a defecit there would be an immediate shift of the next bit of weight, alas it is not meant to be although by other judges of weight particularly with a measuring tape I have shrunk since I last measured myself in February, so I'm making good progress, I just want to hit that sub 70kg mark by September, and thought now was a good time to drop another bit off...

    Needless to say I still have plenty of visible body fat to loose so it's not as though I'm playing at the lean end of the game, and I expected it to be a bit easier, but all in can do is persevere, and hope that I make some good improvements this week. It's a recovery/rest week in my programme so at least I'm not trying to fuel intense exercise on not enough!
