for the raltechs you could buy carbon/anycolour vinyl and cover the wheels to make it look like a real disc and not have those circles showing

I had plastic covers before, the Raltecs are a much better product and worth the money IMO.

Yeah 140 quid for a wheel cover seems overkill to me.. Got my disc wheel, including nearly new tub, for the same money.
