Spending £400 on a phonetic English to written English translator would be a better investment.

Yeah I was looking at these earlier, but they only got Guru Blue. I'd like to be able to enjoy looking at it as well as ride it!

Why don't you use a hire bike and try out track cycling before spending your whole budget on a frame that looks nice, but might be wrong for your needs?

That's a good point, prob better off really have a go before spending the cash. I'm planning to go down to Herne Hill on what i ride now when my hand is less broken. But was just look for some options pre commitment to the track.

Ride hire bikes, learning as you go and developing what you think you want (size and fit more than anything). Talk to coaches and regulars and keep an eye out for 2nd hand full bikes or framesets.
You'll probably find you're lusting after wheels or a disc in a few months, more so than expensive frames.

Thinking of pulling the trigger on a second hand 2013 Moda Arco. Thoughts?
-

I very much like my Moda, but I think a fair part of that is down to the American Classic wheels. What does this used Arco come with, or just the frame?

It's the full bike actually Dan, sorry for off topic post. But yes it comes with the American Classic wheels. What is it about the wheels that you like?

What should I be looking out for, been told that Cinelli is good. Just after some other peoples top tips. I'm thinking of a budget of £300/400
