I'm the second owner but I dont have a warranty certificate as I never got around to it. I had a talk with VN already and they told me it doesnt matter who sends the frame to them, the warranty gets transferred to the person who pays the 150 euros, which is actually great. I was told the whole process takes a week from the day you send it out and them sending it back
