Yep, it's not so much the forum doing anything wrong or it being against copyright law to sell them on the forum - it's that there are a lot of fake Ricks about & when someone tries to sell them on the forum that then means the forum marketplace is selling counterfeit goods then that's when all the snidey letters come out. So it's easier for them to say no to all of them & not have to fork out for solicitors to respond to the letters.
All pretty stupid if you ask me but then I've never bought the design of something so don't have to deal with outdated copyright laws (in this regard anyway, unfortunately I do have to deal with copyright every day).
