Greetings folks,
Well now in response to above ( #499) question from inchpincher - now it's JAH tim's hair care topical tips....
Re ' Tim, have you ever considered rearranging your barnet into a more aero shape a la sperm helmet?' The answer is it's been 46 years since I have rocked the sperm helmet look, as we all have at the beginning of our time on this earth...
It is as you see it for practical reasons. I like to have it all tied up out of the way and covered. That does result in a
but I'm happy that way...Peace and Love,

#alwaystheoptimistThis in spades. Sun is guaranteed for the Classic. It's like a law of nature or summat.
We'll all be moaning on Monday about catching the sun. You mark my words. Red faces all round (one way or another!)

That is the spirit pootsmanuva....
As I read your post, the sun came out in SW4

• #509
Seee! If it wasn't the truth about sunshine and the Classic, I wouldn't bother knowing it! ; )

I'll wear a heavy raincoat, ignore the factor 50 and forget my sunglasses.
= guaranteed sun :-)

Is anyone going from the Bromley area and fancy showing me the way to the start?
Or any suggested easy to follow routes to the start?

Just follow the sunshine...

Greetings and love to each and every one,
Well this thread started on 09.01.14 and to date has 519 replies / posts. Probably over 400 of these have been from yours truly... Why? Well to keep the interest up and the thread bumping along nicely.... And now as we head around the final corner to the start of this great event. This will be the last post from me this side of the ride.
Er right, thanks people...You can feel the excitement for the top athletes taking part in the London Classic building
I went last night to check in with Brixton Cycles and get some energy bars - yes really.... There was lots of talk of the ride, and lots more talk about the apres ride!
So have a good couple of days and see you out on the road or back at the Gipsy Hill Tavern on Sunday.
Let us give thanks to Dave et al from The London Classic for all the hard work that has, and will be done, to make sure that we and the others doing this ride all have a great time.
ALLEZ ALLEZ TEAM LFGSS !!!
Peace and love always,
Tim -

looking forward to sunday.
sadly my track rig died yesterday. my beloved Felt TK2 is no more. four years of hard riding had somehow persuaded the drive side chain stay to say au revoir to the BB shell.
will be on the geared rig. but may commit to not changing gear for the ride to keep the spirit alive.
