A reminder. This forum (Rider Down) is about paying respect to those cyclists that have died on the streets of London. This is not the place for speculation about cause nor debate on what might have changed history or could change the future.
Also, it is not the place for the haulage industry to sign up and troll. If another company wishes to do that, beware that I will reveal who you are, and you will have a PR nightmare on your hands.
