It is not unreasonable, in London where 20 is safe, to glance, see the car a long way away, assume the cunt ain't doing 45 in a 30 and pull out.
If the guy tries to squeeze through a non-existent gap instead of brake then it is their fault not the guy pulling out.
If the other person has no lights and it is pitch black.
I am not saying that the other driver was not at partial fault, and we can't see everything from every angle, but I am sure that the main causes were a combination of the lambo going too fast, accelerating too fast and not making every effort to stop at the earliest opportunity. If the other guy contributed buy pulling out in a small gap, or not taking enough time to assess the unreasonable speed that the lambo was going at, then he deserves to share a small part of the blame.
Q - How the fuck did that lambo take so far to stop given that he has fucking amazing brakes **and **hit 3 cars to help slow him down **and **is in a 30 with all sorts all around where 15-20 is a more appropriate safe speed?
A - because he is a cunt that was driving like a cunt
It's a good job you don't work in the insurance industry. You collision claims management process would be "it's the fault of the guy I like least". By your logic it's OK when a car does that to a cyclist because the driver probably thinks cyclists are cunts.
Lamborghini is on the major road. It's driver has right of way regardless of whether he is travelling within the speed limit or above it, regardless of whether his car is matt black, regardless of whether he has his lights on or off, regardless of who is in his passenger seat, regardless of whether he is liked or loathed by his peers, regardless of what kind of car he is in, how much money it cost and how he earned or didn't earn that money. And by the way, there is no such thing as accelerating too fast.
Mazda is not on the major road. It is on another minor road, pulling on to this one. It is incumbent upon the Mazda driver to make sure the road is clear before pulling on to it, without forcing another diver to change speed or direction. It is up to him to accurately assess the speed and direction of an approaching vehicle. He didn't. He pulled out on a moving vehicle which had he been looking he could not have failed to see. He caused the collision. End of story.
It probably took the Lamborghini driver quite a long time to stop because his wheels weren't on the fucking ground.
