Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

I just got a pair of cross 3/4 in M as I wear M in Assos and others. They are slightly too large for me and think S would have fit perfect.

Im 5"7 and 31 waist

Arent the cross the same cut as the ProTeam?

I'm 5'7" and a 31" waist and a medium is slightly small on me. In a really nice way when Im on the bike. But theres always a 'shit these are tiny' moment when I put them on.

So its a tricky question.

Having said that. Assos have short straps, with the rest of the short being of similar sizing as a Rapha ProTeam IMHO.
