i brought this frame a while back, it has an english bb, fast back stays,campag dropouts front and rear the steerer has the number stamped 16 the same as on the bottom bracket i think i have worked out its made from columbus SL from a local bike shop as it is extremely light and from the rifled steerer but need some help with identifying guys!

i know photos are a bit shitty if you need some more it has been resprayed by some idiot. the seat tube size for it is 27.2, my guess a english frame builder?
