Saw this bike today. A lovely one.
It seems it was built by Richmond Cycles in, guess, Richmond (East Twickenham to be precise)
Went asking them it they actually did build bikes before and the mechanic who has been worked there for a long time confirmed it.
He'd like to see it too, so whoever gets it, make sure to go for a test ride in Richmond!
