And people don't have to go to this sort of event, either. There are plenty of other ways of getting involved, such as going to an LCC local group meeting, and lots of different things to do, from campaigning to have street and junction layouts changed to running events, etc.

Terribly sorry I couldn't make it, but I had an important meeting at the White House.
