SRAM TT500 or TT900, depending on whether you want to spend an extra £50 on saving 16g. Functionally they are identical, which also means they are both equally millions of miles ahead of the horrid Vision levers.
If you're short of money, you can get adapters to fit the Vision levers to normal bars for under a tenner
