I'm helping a colleague sort out his old Ridgeback MTB style hybrid as he wants to start riding again. I haven't seen the bike yet, but apparently the wheels are gone. More to the point the user is pretty heavy so I'm thinking at least 36h. But possibly 40h rear.
Are there any OTP 26" wheel builds that people know of? I'm happy to build a set myself, but I figure OTP is easier and if it's only a bit more we may as well go that route.

They need to be fairly cheap as other parts may need replacing and I want to keep costs to a minimum.
