I measured the bottom bracket shell and it's 68mm. I'm pretty happy it's standard bb sizing. I removed the fixed cup and have ordered a cheapie sealed bottom bracket with 110.5mm axle.
I'm hoping the chain line will be ok... if it's not then I won't have wasted much money.
I'm now planning to just replace the bearings in the headset and find a new locknut.
I've also bought a crank and wheels on ebay. Hoping they'll be ok.
Paint stripping and rust removal going well, still a couple of hours to go.
