Unfortunately it isn't. This is still kinda project.. The olympic gts were build up originally with full Mavic but I'm gonna probably hit it up with some Strongligth 107s if I don't sell it before that:)
e. Beers are doing the job but if you meant that they originally had 631: YES
Why not build it full Mavic? You're more than halfway there.

You could be heading for the king of slave crown when it's done Jere... Really very special frame.

Disc, sags, ergo, bulls, triple triangles, stars and stripes, carbon Flite....
HHSB score off the charts!

must apoligise for the SÄGs, they're only for driving to the photo shoot. I've some Mavic lock pedals but no cleats\shoes to drive.
But thanks for your kind words! The flite actually imho is in its correct position and it felt goodio..

Remove sags and bulls and you got a pure track machine.

I'm pretty sure the owner of that bike has/had two sets of those cranks...

Aren't you supposed to be snowboarding?!
Get off the forum, you lucky bastard.7 hour time difference, now it's lunch time and there's wifi /csb.
Those GT's are really cool, any idea how many they made with 24" front?

Thrust, there's few reason why I decided to go with mix and not full Mavic. I think that the biggest reason was finding that HED 24" front rim and this resulted in HED rear disc. On the other hand if you compare these cranks that I have:
I myself find the 107s more sexyh:)
TM, I'm probably gonna keep that bar and if I ever decide to drive that bike maybe it will get some risers.. dunno yet but as I a little bit revealed my intensions this will end up for sale probably.
Indra, GT is a shitty place to get any info and I don't personally know how many were made with 24". If you google these bikes some of them are with 700c forks but that might be that the owners wanted to make them drivable and couldn't handle the crazy geo. My dedicated guess would be that there are handful of these frames made with 24" fork because these were the training bikes for the olympic track team members for Atlanta Olympics in 1996. My fork isn't actually the original but it is a GT 24" fork that was custom painted for me and it is the same fork that these had with the only difference that it is spaced to 80mm. Unfortunately the serial didn't give any glue about the amounts manufactured because some other bikes have the same serial that came out from the GT's Longmont custom shop.

I thought all the Olympic gts were built by yamaguchi or serotta?
-
• #38819
Yamaguchi build none of the Olympic GTs, so I guess you were kinda wrong:)

What is that, Miro? ^^
Feels very mismatched but really diggin' it! -

^ Frame looks like a Legor

longer i look at that bike the more tempted i get to adapt my felt to allow the use of a 1nch njs fork
way tighter rake than the bladed cf road fork that's on it right now

Although a dog of a build, it is great to see bar setup slowly translate into the world of salve. If not bar tape.
