Excuse the laziness i'll try and get some fresh pics up tonight, condition hasn't changed apart from me polishing everything up, beautiful bike as you can see and lovely to ride! columbus thron frame set with a mix of chorus/mirage bits. Needs brake/gear cables fitting and you'll need to supply a saddle as i've pinched the rolls for another build, fresh grease all around so everything is smooth as! thinking £300 posted or collection from Coventry with a discount. would consider splitting the group/frame if any decent offers come my way. Don't be shy make me an offer! if i've left anything else happy to answer any questions cheers.

Thanks! But never mind... Just got off the phone with him and he was quite adamant about wanting 'a red one'. I tried telling him just how amazing this one is (that wishbone, those forks, that wheelbase!) and how great the components are (those wheels mmm) and how I could always change the frame later and how this it too good to pass up but he wasn't having any of it because 'it's not red and I really want a red one'.

So, as much as this hurts, I'm gonna have to undibs and wish you best of luck with the sale!

Just had a similar experience with my girlfriend….I'm like….this bike is pure awesome, buy it…….."but it looks boyish"……..get a paint job in a few months…….nah, it looks like a boys bike!!!

Thanks for the offer but I feel £300 is a fair price.

I'd have taken it for £300, bargain price (425 euros was already cheap).
It's a beauty.
But I still haven't got around to building up my last impulse vintage-glory-bike purchase yet, so I can't.
Put a saddle on it and replace the cables and you should get more than that for it.
Alternatively, take a photo of how it actually looks now with regards to cables and current condition, people might be put off by not seeing exactly what they are getting.

Only things you'll need are brake/gear cables, saddle and some bar tape...Basically the bike is in the same condition, only difference is all the parts are to a mirror finish now,
