Epic fail

Not sure what the fail is here? That we try to ensure accessibility for disabled people or that the guy didn't walk half a mile to the next cash-point to save himself the trouble of crouching for 15 seconds?

It's in Nottingham (which is a fail of a city anyway) and it's too low for disablists too...
