It's not used since refurb and is a good looking 60's Cinelli Pista ready to build and ride. And the price is open to discussion

the Cinelli frame you've linked has Cinelli headset (really rare), the correct headbadge, cinelli track stem and handlebars and track cottered bottom bracket. Sounds different.
Now, we need to understand what "a good job" stands for. In my opinion, a good job means correct frame colour/chromed scheme, decals and headbadge
