I have 2 singlespeed mtb wheelsets built with Tensile hubs from Onza.
The wheelsets were bargainous and there was no option as to what hubs I got but I think they are fine.
I seem to need to use chainstugs to keep the wheel in place - perhaps the washers etc aren't very knurled - but no other complaints.
