Brand new, never even seen a set of dropouts.

7800 hubs and silver Open Pros. 32h front and rear I think.
Asking £295 + a wee bit for postage.
I'll be getting a frame delivered later this week, maybe the start of next week, so I'll have a box for them then.

Any idea on weight for the pair?

I don't have anything to measure exact weights but here are some claimed weights:

7800 Rear Hub - 264g
Rear Skewer - 64g
7800 Front Hub - 129g
Front Skewer - 59g
Open Pros - 435g each

I don't know what kind of spokes and nipples were used by the builder so I'm afraid I don't have that info.

I hope this helps somewhat, or at least gives some indication of overall weight.

I have these wheels but with Open Pro CD rims, they are amazing wheels, great hubs and the open pro rims are the business. First pair of wheels I've ever had where you can actually feel the difference, incredibly smooth and comfy wheel set. Don't worry about the weight, they are light enough and will make every ride a treat. And when the rims wear out you can replace them, unlike factory built wheels !!!

Can you not replace rims on factory built? Different spokes?

Depends.

A lot of the time they will specific spokes and/or require specific rims. The cost of then buying a replacement rim is often prohibitively expensive.

Fiddlesticks. Just bought a pair of Harry Rowland's Zenith Endurance (almost went Royce but g/f slapped some sense into me) hubs on open pro's.... Looking forward to them as I've heard great things about Harry.
