Something like a cervelo S5 can be set up as a flash weekend road bike, or an out'n'out TT machine. Simply by moving/swapping the saddle and swapping bars. If you ran a Electric groupset you could simply disconnect the cables at the Junction Box (I think). I'd love to do a similar thing With a BMC timemachine if I win the lotto.
