I'd have taken it for £300, bargain price (425 euros was already cheap).
It's a beauty.
But I still haven't got around to building up my last impulse vintage-glory-bike purchase yet, so I can't.
Put a saddle on it and replace the cables and you should get more than that for it.
Alternatively, take a photo of how it actually looks now with regards to cables and current condition, people might be put off by not seeing exactly what they are getting.
