  • I have for sale a restored frame set by Vanni Losa
He built the Cinelli Supercorsa frames and also premium frames for other outlets and team around Milan including Magni, Turri etc.

This was built for Bellini Cycles, the 'Superissima' model in their range...( I found other examples on It fixed forum )
The frame is very light, about 1775 gms
    The forks are Columbus Air.
Chain stays, forks and seat stay caps are all engraved 'Losa'
    Bottom bracket shell is Cinelli.
    Laquer is Italian Pearl white.

    Dimensions:
    Seat 51ct-ct
    Top 53 ct-ct

Please check out the photo set which contains pics of other Bellini.
I have the original Shimano 'Triclour' 600 group set and wheels in near perfect condition if required.

    I'd like £295 NOW £275 price drop...£250
including UK courier delivery for the frame set.
The resto cost £180 so I think the price is fair but open to suggestions! :)

Thanks, it's rare, light, Italian, restored and under 300 quid in a good size so a bit baffled! :-/

  • too small for me, otherwise I would be there

  • Bit on the small side, perhaps, and maybe it's not the best season to make a sale. But you've only had it up a day so you may well have interest yet.

Love the engraving on the chain-stays.

  • damn...how tall are you, got long stems here!:)

  • Got this in a 56 flavour? :)

I'll PM you pics tomorrow, it would be nice to see it with the original group set in my opinion, it's pretty rare to find a Shimano 600 group set complete with bottom bracket, headset, seat post and hubs from the original build...

    Thanks for your interest!

  • I'm watching the pics, was the bike originally red? first pic?

  • No it was white, it has been restored to the original colour, this was before restoration:
I've also attached 2 photos of one of my other bikes ( also white! ) after restoration to give you an idea of the finished build...

  • thanks 4 pics, probably was not the original group set. What year could be the frame?

  • Late 1980s

Just curious...why do you think this group is not original? The 6400 group Shimano described as "...Ultegra... features polished bearing races, high strength steels, a striking modern colour treatment and compact high-tech design theme" and a suitable choice for a 'superissima' :)
The bottom bracket is Ultegra also, and being a loose bearing type, ( and it needed much encouragement to be removed! ) leads me to believe it was original group.

But whatever the case, you may have the frame built to your own specifications, or just buy the frame and source the parts you prefer.

    Thanks again!

  • Sorry, I completly forgot to undibs it
    Thanks anyway

  • No problem, be nice to find this a home... Any offers?
