^ That head tube says way more then 54cm frame, I'll say 60cm-ish.
Lovely frame, GLWS.

knew I'd forgotten something, the guy I bought it from said it was a 57, my measurements throw up the following:
centre bb to top of top tube-58.5
effective top tube-57
headtube-18 -

And it takes either a 26.8 or 27.0 seatpost, don't have the means to check at the moment. The post it came with was a 26.4 wedged in with tape :/ and a 27.2 doesn't fit.

Where did you pull this from Ben? Looks awesome... same tube set as my Sirius was.

Lush.
If it's 531C, it will take a 27.2mm seatpost: the tube will have been squashed a little to hold the 26.4mm post.
All too common, but an easy fix.

Now sold, thanks for the interest everyone.
Picked this up on a whim but I'm off the bike at the moment, it's a bit big and I'm skint so it has to go.
58cm Eddie Mcgrath Reynolds 531 competition frame and forks with sweet 90's fadez. One owner previous to me, he had it built by Eddie Mcgrath cycles (obviously) in Urmston, Manchester and only ever rode it inside at Manchester Velodrome. Few scuffs as you'd expect of a 15 year old frame the worst from having had the chain hung on the seatstay, but there are no dings or dents.
Neither frame or forks are drilled for brakes and decals aren't under lacquer so could be easily removed if you chose.
Includes a miche headset which is pretty smooth but probably needs a regrease and seatclamp bolt.
