As the summer is fast approaching we are yet again getting snowed under with amazing stock that needs to be sold...
We are seeking a enthusiastic person who can help us do this. The primary focus of the role is to list our immense stock on our website and eBay, as well as handling packing and dispatching of orders. We would prefer someone who has a good understanding of how ebay selling works so is able to list items quickly and easily. This is primarily a web based selling role, however we are a bike shop not just an office, you will therefore be expected to have good customer skills enabling you to help assisting the public when they come into the shop.
A good knowledge of bicycle components old and new would be helpful. We stock items from the 50's to present day which need to be identified and listed. Obviously we know people have varying degree of knowledge on bicycles and parts, some knowledge is essential but we don't expect you to know everything. We certainly don't.
We are looking to get people in to have a chat about this position as soon as possible. If you think this is for you, please get in touch on: info@vintagebikecave.com. We are not super keen on CV's, just an email telling us a little bit about yourself and your experiences, with regards to previous work as well as your bicycle knowledge.
