Has that Denti got flame/soot effect paintwork? I've never seen it done so subtle...

that is a frame and a half! I had a go at that effect recently when I was trying to decide on a paint job - looked so shit. It seems the only way to do it without it resembling a zebra is to do the soot when the paint has dried, then spray on lacquer

could it be done with a brush with wet paint and a slightly darker shade?

i don't really know but i reckon there's a lot of technique to it. The ony thing I've seen that remotely similar is this which was definitely done with candle soot

I couldn't find any photos of my dolan pre-cursa, dawes horizon or genesis madison. In the next couple of months I will have added another 3 bikes to the list.

Not bad for just under 5 years. I only miss the Carlton and the British Eagle MTB!
