Happy to help with the bars. Assume you've got cables, bar tape, etc? Cable cutters, Scissors and electrical tape useful though it's a bike shop so they might have some if you ask nicely.

I think I have cables. No cable cutters. Bars and levers yes. Bar tape and electrical yes.
