it's kinda weird to order a custom geo without knowing how it will fits you, but that's your problem.
i'm 6.3 and all my bikes have a minimum of 57.5cm tt.
as i alread written you will probably hit the handlebars with your knees.
it would be easier to go for a normal tt and play with seatpost (straight or llayback) and stem.
