  • Had a hard week of pub and work so not enough riding. 77.6 at last weigh in, so that's 9.2 down from the beginning of Jan. Lowest was 75.4 about a fortnight ago, which is a bit lower than I want really. Torso still shedding weight (beginning to get that hollow weird atrophied look :/ ), but it's slowly shifting to my legs, which is nice.
