does anyone have one laying about not being used? nothing fancy needed, for formula / system ex hub so standard threading (no miche, campag, phil etc).

cheap / beers, ideally SE, central / east if possible

Yeah I've got an old Shimano one from a 7 speed cassette I can slip you in the post, just put a small donation in an Age UK shop if/when you're passing.
